Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)  
  
Microsoft Office team is creating the next version of most popular business applications for users worldwide. We're actively looking for talents who are willing to join our Beijing office to work on this challenging and rewarding project.  
  
Core job responsibilities include working with developer and program manager to drive feature testing, test automation programming, test tool/environment authoring, test planning, test case creation, test execution, debugging, and defect analysis/reporting, and need to have solid grounding with all functional areas of software development and testing: coding, integration, international, functionality, standard compliance, UI, deployment, security, performance, etc. Any experience working on enterprise business application/server, information worker productivity software or knowledge of enterprise business scenarios would be a plus. Please note that this position is based at Beijing Microsoft China office in PRC.

Requirements:  
1.Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field  
2.1-2 years' experience in C/C++/C#/ and experience designing and developing tool architecture preferred  
3.Ability to solve complex problems and write automation systems and device drivers  
4.Ability to author test plans and cases, conduct security and stress tests and debug at source level after identifying, investigating and prioritizing bugs  
5.Demonstrated skills in negotiation and conflict management
