Business Manager,

Business Innovation Centre, LEO Pharma China

Location: Shanghai

Business Manager is the member of LEO Pharma’s Business Innovation Center, he/she will be in close cooperation with the Director of Business Innovation Center China to negotiate, evaluate and support decision making of establishing the business framework of cooperation between LEO Pharma and several partners for the sales of LEO's prescription products through retail pharmacies:

Responsibilities：

1、    Negotiate and evaluate cooperation between LEO and partners;

2、    Establish the business framework of LEO’s prescription products sales through retail pharmacies;

3、    Implementation of the cooperation through discussing and agreeing the sales and marketing plans with the retail partners;

4、    Actively follow-up on the quality of implementation and results;

5、    Evaluate the business cooperation projects in order to recommend next steps;

6、    Other assignment relevant to the business section.

Qualifications:

1、    University education with business related majors, marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry a plus

2、    Great passion for pursuing career in  business and market development field

3、    Strong market analysis skills and analytical, logical thinking

4、    Proficient in Excel

5、    Fluency in Mandarin and English

6、    Curious, ambitious and professional

7、    Pleasant personality, smiling
