阿尔斯通“财务管理培训生”项目
阿尔斯通“财务管理培训生”项目（Finance Graduate Development Programme，简称：FGDP）是阿尔斯通针对财务方向优秀应届毕业生的培训项目。该项目旨在培养公司未来的财务中坚，为公司未来发展储备人才。FGDP项目集工作和学习为一体。在为期两年的项目中，“FGDP”将被送往不同国家和地区的不同业务部门从事不同模块的财务工作，并接受系统化的专业培训。
在为期两年的项目中，“FGDP”将有机会全面了解公司业务，从事不同模块的财务工作，接受系统化专业培训，并收获全球性跨文化的职业体验，从而提高职业竞争力。
阿尔斯通“FGDP”项目，面向财务、金融等相关专业的优秀应届毕业生进行招募、选拔，将通过笔试、小组面试、职业测试、专业面试、高管座谈等环节，找到最合适的人才。

Structure of FGDP:
- Duration: 24 months
- Threeassignments, two of six months and one of twelve months, in different sectors, countries and areas of Finance
