[B]Intern for China Indirect Sourcing team

Expected onboard date: January 16, 2012
Duration: 6 months, and to be extended

Job Description:

 Assist data collection for various kinds of indirect sourcing reporting;
 Consolidate data into requested format for Indirect Sourcing Actions and required activities;Supplier & Contract database input, collection, consolidation;
 Closely follow up all actions and tasks until the end, which is assigned by Country Indirect Sourcing team;
Coordinate Indirect Sourcing conference, event, telecon etc.., provide logistics support;
Contract filing;
Support to organize Indirect Sourcing meetings, Consolidate China IS minutes or shared documents, and upload to Lotus Database;
Document translation (when necessary).
Improve reporting format by using PowerPoint, Excel, Word;

Requirement:

Candidate needs to be on-site work at Alstom China Office minimum 4 working days full time per week. 6 months intern duration accepted;
Open minded, Consistent, precise and pushing; Autonomous workers
Excellent player at Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint/Excel/Word;
Excellent command of English speaking, writing, translation.
