Working Position: After Sales Service engineer, Application engineer.

职位:售后服务工程师，应用工程师

Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

• Manage all technical needs of account utilizing all available resources
• 充分利用各种资源，满足客户的技术需求
• Will be Serve as a single technical point of contact for the accounts covered and become the customer’s trusted advisor after around 2 years training and working experience accumulation
• 通过约2年时间的培训和工作积累，能为所管辖的客户提供独立的技术支持并成为值得客户信任的顾问
• Listen to customer’s needs, architect solutions and present value proposition
• 聆听客户的需求，建设方案并提供有价值的建议主张
• Give presentations of the company and products to prospective clients
• 向潜在客户展示公司及产品
• Demonstrate the use and the benefits of the products to prospective clients
• 向潜在客户展演示产品的使用及相关优越性能
• Provide after-sales support to Customers
• 为客户提供售后支持
• Work with product marketing to make sure that answers/solutions are provided to the customers should a solution not be available immediately
• 协助产品市场部，确保提供给客户完善的解决方案
• Provide product information to clients, qualify and close prospects on the technical aspects of the products
• 为客户提供产品信息，及技术层面上的可行性
• Provide customer product feedback to marketing and service
• 向产品市场部及售后服务部门提供客户的反馈

• Major: Electric/ Mechatronics
• 专业：电气/机电一体化
• Strong sense of responsibility, honest and hard-working
• 强烈的责任感，诚实可靠，吃苦耐劳
• Good knowledge of PC and software, PLC
• 良好的电脑，软件及编程应用技术
• Effective team working skills and excellent communications skills
• 具备良好的沟通技能，注重团队合作
• Willingness (and ability) to manage multiple tasks
• 愿意并且有能力完成复杂的任务
• Good knowledge of English for reading, writing and communication - with the ability to improve this and learn technical English during work/training.
• 良好的英语听说读写及沟通能力，并在工作/培训中不断提高
• Willing to work permanently in Shanghai
• 愿意常驻上海
• Available for travelling
• 可经常出差
