Title: Demand Planner
SBU: DuPont Performance Coatings
Reports to: DPC China Demand Leader
Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly sales report and analysis
- Consolidate and Analyze the FCST accuracy by account, issue finding and recommendation
- Support sales team to improve FCST accuracy with effective activity and interaction
- Based on historical data and reconcile sales information,marketing information and supply chain information to get aligned FCST to input JDA / APO Planning Toll system.
- Follow demand principle and monthly cycle to complete work in time, e.g. Historical data validate, Consistency report follow up, FCST modify, FCST error investigation, etc...
- Work with key account leader and supply chain to design supply process for project, based on internal capability and cross-function knowledge.
- Place STO order to supplier for MTO products
- Allocate goods according to priority when stock low
Qualifications:
- University graduate,especially new graduates of 2011 & 2012 (prefer Meth or Automation or science background)
- Proactive, positive, self-starter, a good team player, and willing tackle new tasks and eager to learn and grow
- Good computer application skill and outstanding Microsoft Office Skills (excel)
