Job Description:
1. Interview arrangement, communication with candidates, executing on-boarding process as well as some administration tasks.
2.Contractor recruitment, including: communication with hiring manager regarding job description, designing and executing recruitment strategies, communicating and sourcing candidates, following up with hiring managers during the whole staffing process, as well as any other relevant issues during the process.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, basic knowledge about HR operation is preferred
2. Master command of English is a must as the role requires utilizing English in lots of occasions
3. Great passion and interests for HR work and dedicate the whole career to HR filed
4.Able to work under pressure well since this role often requires long working hours, and good stress management skills are essential
6. Detail-orientated and conscientious personalities are must
Additional Information:
Scope:
1. The role will communicate with all HR function teams including C&B, Training, and Employee Services so on.
2. This role will also need to communicate with all hiring managers if needed, up to Senior Executives.
3. This is an entry-level role and suitable for fresh graduate or applicants with a couple of years work experience. The future career development for this role is to be promoted to a regular recruiter or to transfer to other HR function teams.

HR coordinator
Job Description
1. HR operations support to RUCIS region (Russia, Ukraine and other 11 CIS countries) in China platform
2. Maintain HR data & report in system -Support incentive plan implementation and calculation
3. Assist Russia HR team on key project coordination and following up
4. Local legal documents preparation
5. Communicate with China HR functions to ensure the hiring, C&B, payroll, HR IT, talent development and HR admin support to RUCIS business.
6. Logistic support to training or development program in China.
7. Report to RUCIS HR Partner Head (Russian)
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Human resource or English is preferred
2.At least 1 years experience as HR generalist or incentive
3.Fluent oral and written English
4.Data-based and analytical logic with excellent excel skills
5.Strong ownership and self-motivated
6.Good interpersonal and communication skills
7.Be able to work in matrixes environment and under pressure
8. Good at planning and organizing
