Responsibilities:
1) Verify and process employees'travel / expense reimbursement and cash advance request.
2) Review accuracy of manual GL journal voucher and make input into SAP
3) Reconcile balance sheet accounts in connection with employees with analysis and follow-up on aging items
4) Support accounting monthend close aimed at ensuring integrity of employee claimed expense and interest expense etc
5) Update business process and travel policy on a regular basis and maintain travel application system
6) Other jobs required by management if needed
7) Job location: Futian Free Trade Zone
