[SAP Intern] IMS Quality Specialist

Purpose and Objective of Job

Installed Base Maintenance and Support (IMS) is a dynamic and growing global organization within SAP Active Global Service & Support, recognized for its world-class services and support offerings. IMS supports SAP's customers worldwide as the product owner for all products in mass shipment.

SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) is a corporate performance management software that focuses on financial budgeting and consolidation as well as collaboration through reports and scorecards.

nt tasks efficiently and in good quality - for customers as well as SAP-internally.

• Participate in important projects (e.g. workload reduction)

• Provide regular product feedbacks or customer feedbacks to development

• Work experience in software development or maintenance.

• B.S or above in computer science, engineering or mathematics, etc.

• Knowledge about SAP software development processes including product S

• Knowledge of SAP's product, quality and process standards

• Ability to implement improvements of IMS quality processes ( e.g. corr

• Good analytical, problem-solving skills

• Strong listening and time management skills

• A tenacity and patience to seek pragmatic and effective solutions

• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
