- Great PPT, Web design and other PC skills;

Business Development & Marketing Manager/Consultant

- Generate revenue through acquisition of new clients and channels;
- define corporate strategy 1-3 years out and accelerate company growth through services, partnerships and acquisitions;
- Create new opportunities through prospecting within market;
- Leverage existing relationships to create new business opportunities;
- Recognize potentially differing/competing organizational needs;
- Actively seek new client engagements with recurring/renewable revenue and value-added services;- Develop/maintain relationships with
  client buyers;
- Develop strategy, infrastructure development and early sales development;
- Perform general managerial role during start-up, integration efforts work with operations as necessary to support delivery to market;
- Participate and facilitate client meetings and communicate client activities and issues with teams
- Understand business trends and work with leader to create/promote marketing that enhance Mercer's market position

Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred;
- Deep understanding of competitiveness (executive and international), and talent management;
- Must have experiences in consulting, training, HR or management related field in Western companies for at least 2 years. Be able to 
  identify, design, recommend and implementing efficient and innovative business solutions to clients' complex challenges;
- Ample experiences in High tech, IT, Finance, Real Estate or Health;
- Strong network, sales and marketing skills plus the ability to market organizational strengths to the clients successfully;
- Ambition to make a difference;
- Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills;
- Experience in managing a sales team a plus;
- Operational and M&A experience a plus;
- Willing to travel.

Job Profile:

Qualification:

- Excellent in English writing and speaking;
