1. Senior Aftersales Manager – Service Management (m/f)

售后服务高级经理–售后服务管理 (m/f)

 

Your Tasks

·   Responsible for service and documentation within the aftersales organisation

·   Setup and management of a support team

·   Definition of 1st and 2nd level support functions

·   After initial period, setup of 1st and 2nd level support functions

·   Definition for documentation needs of new export vehicles

·   Preparation of documentation for the sales and aftersales business, such as parts catalogue, maintenance guidelines, user guidelines, bodybuilder guidelines etc.

·   Coordination between relevant management at MAN and Sinotruk

·   Reporting to Head of Aftersales, part of the aftersales management team

·   Monthly reporting

 

Your Qualification

·   University degree, strong technical background, experience in aftersales / service

·   7-10 years work experience, ideally within automotive / commercial vehicle industry.

·   Management experience, ability to lead a team

·   Strong believe in customer focus

·   High proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially MS-Word and Powerpoint.

·   Entrepreneurship, willingness to build up new structures and processes

·   Good English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken

·   Willingness for occasional travel

·   Experience working within an international team

·   Definition of Parts Operations processes and functions

·   Definition of spare parts systems and spare parts catalogue ("Parts Master Data file")

·   Cooperate in planning of spare parts volumes and prices

·   Definition of ordering and sourcing of spare parts

·   Cooperate in planning spare parts logistic processes

·   Coordination between relevant management at MAN and Sinotruk, e.g. aftersales, product management, order system management, purchasing and quality

Your Qualification

·   University degree in business administration and/or technical background

·   5-10 years work experience within automotive sales/aftersales industry

·   Previous project management and leadership qualities, experience in spare parts operation

·   Knowledge of spare parts IT systems

·   Entrepreneurship, willingness to build up new structures and processes

·   Good English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken

·   Willingness for occasional travel to Singapore and Germany

·   Technical training provision. Provide complete technical training according to training plan and casual training arrangement

·   Coordination between relevant management at MAN and Sinotruk, e.g. aftersales, product management

·   Reporting to Workshop Equipment and Training manager

·   Monthly reporting

·   University degree with a technical background

·   Experience in training of sales and aftersales personal, ideally experience in development of training concepts

·   3-5 years work experience, ideally within automotive / commercial vehicle industry

·   Ability to read, understand and analyse technical drawings

·   Communicate with relevant Sinotruk departments on the continuous update and maintenance of the related documentation

·   Development of a long term documentation system and processes for export markets together with Sinotruk

·   Support the sales and aftersales network on any questions related to documentation

·   Reporting to Manager Service Management

·   Monthly reporting

·   Ability to read, understand and analyse technical drawings

Your Qualification

·   University degree in business administration, marketing or similar qualification

·   2-5 years work experience

·   Experience with marketing and branding issues

·   Entrepreneurship, willingness to build up new structures and processes

·   Good English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken, German language skills are a bonus

·   Experience working within an international team is a bonus

·   Willingness for occasional travel to Singapore and Germany
