1. Senior Aftersales Manager – Service Management (m/f)
售后服务高级经理–售后服务管理 (m/f)
Your Tasks
· Responsible for service and documentation within the aftersales organisation
· Setup and management of a support team
· Definition of 1st and 2nd level support functions
· After initial period, setup of 1st and 2nd level support functions
· Definition for documentation needs of new export vehicles
· Preparation of documentation for the sales and aftersales business, such as parts catalogue, maintenance guidelines, user guidelines, bodybuilder guidelines etc.
· Coordination between relevant management at MAN and Sinotruk
· Reporting to Head of Aftersales, part of the aftersales management team
· Monthly reporting
Your Qualification
· University degree, strong technical background, experience in aftersales / service
· 7-10 years work experience, ideally within automotive / commercial vehicle industry.
· Management experience, ability to lead a team
· Strong believe in customer focus
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially MS-Word and Powerpoint.
· Entrepreneurship, willingness to build up new structures and processes
· Good English and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken
· Willingness for occasional travel

· Definition of Parts Operations processes and functions
· Definition of spare parts systems and spare parts catalogue ("Parts Master Data file")
· Cooperate in planning of spare parts volumes and prices

Your Qualification

3. Aftersales Manager – Logistic (m/f)

· Development of a long term documentation system and processes for export markets together with Sinotruk
