大型多人在线网络游戏,全英文环境下的客户支持工作,包括:
通过邮件,web ticket,论坛,in-game等方式解决玩家提交的问题;
维护、调节游戏和社区氛围;
了解用户的使用反馈和建议,整理、删选并提交;
工作时间:9:30 – 18:00 (每周5个工作日)
任职要求:
英语CET6级或以上,英语文本能力良好;
工作细致严谨,有良好的沟通和协调能力。
Main Responsibilities:
The customer service of the English MMO:
To resolve any inquiries raised by the players, via email, web tickets, forum or in-game approach.
To maintain and adjust the in-game and community atmosphere.
To understand the players’ feedback and suggestions, classify and filter before submitting to the management.
No shifts required.
Requirements:
English CET6 level or above, good written English;
Work with preciseness, communicate and coordinate appropriately.
