岗位名称：游戏英语翻译
工作地点：深圳
岗位职责：
1.负责公司游戏产品的英文本地化，将中文游戏翻译成地道的、符合欧美文化和玩家习惯的英文游戏；
2.承担部分英文产品的日常运营事务，例如定期翻译游戏活动、游戏公告等；
3.负责公司产品以及海外运营商产品制作与运营支援工作，了解合作伙伴具体需求，并协调组织公司内部资源解决运营商问题；
4.协助海外合作伙伴进行产品版本升级管理，合作流程完善等工作，并逐渐规范双方往来文档与工作流程。
职位要求：
1.英文相关专业，TEM-8，具备出色的英语书面语言能力和流利的口语水平；
如有游戏外化经验则可适当放宽专业要求；
2.对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，并具备丰富的游戏经验，掌握常用游戏和网络英文词汇；
3.熟练运用WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT等常用办公软件；
4.具备高度责任感和进取心，一定的沟通技巧和抗压能力；
5.对中国历史，世界历史较了解，喜爱阅读，知识广博者优先。具有游戏行业从业经历者或海外经历者优先。

Position: English Game Translator
Working Location: ShenZhen
Job Description:
1.    Promoting and translating Chinese language based game into English;
2.    In charge of Game products routine maintenance, such as writing game announcement, game events.
3.    Coordinate with our company's oversea business partners, dealing with issues like oversea production, customer support, and business contacts.
4.    Provide remote assistance to our oversea business partners, such as product updates, cooperation management and experience exchange.
Position Requires:
1.English related education background, TEM-8, excellent English oral and writing skills. (Gaming industry experiences preferred)
2.Interested in Gaming industry, experienced game player. Understand common online gaming language terms.
3.Have experiences with Office Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc..
4.Responsible and active, good communication skills, can handle well under pressure
5.Have good understandings of Chinese and World history. Advanced educational background, online gaming industry background and oversea working experienced applicants are preferred.

1、负责在线客服、游戏论坛、客服邮箱的回复、跟帖和管理，及时处理玩家遇到的问题；

Position: Online English Game Customer Support Engineer

Job Description:
1.Provide live support for game players, manage customer service mailbox: answering players' mail, dealing player's in-game issues.
2.Manage GM platform. Answering players' questions.
3.Checking game logs, maintain in-game order.
4.Keep a record of game Q & A; perform routine update of the game FAQ.
5.Keep a record of game feedbacks in order to help the future improvement of the game
6.Personally play the game, and understand the thoughts of the players, game guider.
7.Write and provide the game walkthrough and game experience.
