职位概述

体验策划专员作为喜洲当地村落和国内外旅游者的沟通桥梁，作为与客人直接交流的管理和联络者需要具备高度的责任感。策划员需要根据客人潜在需要专业合理定制客人的行程。

 

职位要求

1.        流畅的中英文口语及书写能力。会其他语言者更佳。

2.        自主性强并拥有团队精神，勇于掌握主动权并能在最小限度的指导下工作

3.        具有对历史和文化交流的热情

4.        乐于与人交流和交往

 

工作职责

1.        与客人和旅行社沟通并进行房间预订和行程安排

2.        引领客人参观周边村落以及整个大理地区

3.        研究和制定新的旅行活动

4.        依据客人的喜好帮他们进行在店期间的旅行活动

5.        以理解和友好的态度来解决客人的问题或投诉

Position Summary

 

The Travel Curator position offers an exceptional opportunity to act as a cultural bridge for both international and domestic tourists and the village of Xizhou & local area. The position offers a high degree of responsibility acting as a direct contact and manager for a unique type of guest who seeks an exceptional and personal experience in China, assisting all guests efficiently, professionally with logistics, trip planning and any help they might need in the hotel.

 

 Requirements

 

•         Excellent communications skills in both Chinese and English. Other languages bonus.

•         Self-starter / team-player who takes initiative & can operate with minimal guidance

•         Passionate about culture, history, exchange, and learning

•         Like spending time with people as well as making new friends

 

Responsibilities

 

•         Work with guests and Travel Agents to book room reservations and activity itineraries.

•         Take guests on a wide range of tours of the surrounding village and greater Dali area.

•         Research and develop new activities.

•         Plan Guest’s stay with activities and preferences during their stay.

•         Handle guests' problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner.
