Brecruit RPO specialist 猎头公司招聘专员
Responsibilities：
- Actively look for quality candidates for database enrichment
- Conduct phone / face-to-face interview based on structured Technical / Behavior questionnaires
- Update system on a timely manner in regarding to candidates' career history, skills, interview comments etc.
- Work with consultant, who is interfacing our clients, to introduce job orders to interviewed candidates.
- Follow up candidates who are presented to clients for the whole recruitment process. Prepare candidates well before their interview with client. Provide support in offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding.
- Keep a good relation with candidates. Regularly warm up with candidates to keep posted of their updates in career life.
Requirements：
· Bachelor degree or above, 211 university is preferred;
· well organized company is preferred;
· CET-6, Good command of written & reading English, oral is preferred.
· Skillful in MS office;

· Team-work spirit;
· Pro-active, detail-oriented;
· Dare to meet challenges and conquer difficulties, with drive to achieve target;
· Good communication and interpersonal skills;
· Willing to follow business SOP, have sense of responsibility, have discipline;
