    一、捷普管理培训生项目——EIT (Employee in Training) Program

    EIT Program 介绍:

    自2000年起，公司实行EIT （Employee In Training）Program，每年均招聘自动化、测控、机械、电子信息工程、英语、管理、国贸、物流、统计等相关专业的优秀应届毕业生，进行岗前培训、捷普化培训、SAP系统培训、专业技能培训与海外培训等，培养与造就了大批具专业素质的优秀人才，如：“EIT Planner → Planner → Sr. Planner → Planning Supervisor → Customer Service Specialist”是我们当中一位EIT员工用了四年时间所完成的一段成功的职业历程。

    二、招聘职位

    物料类（Materials Functions）- 采购员，计划员，库存分析员

    工程类（Engineering Functions）- 工业工程师，制程工程师，测试工程师，品质工程师
     
    1.EIT Buyer(采购员培训生)：
    
    Job Description：
    *Through closely tracking with vendors to ensure materials on-time delivery and availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule;
    *Control materials cost and the inventory to keep company competitive;
    *Monitor, track, improve and provide feedback on Supplier’s performance on delivery, quality and services;
    *Coordinate with Quality Engineer, System Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer for materials quality problems.

    Requirement：
    *Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;
    *Quick learner, able to work under pressure;
    *Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;
    *Major unlimited, Management、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred;
     
    2.EIT Planner(计划员培训生)：
  
    Job Description:
    *Communicate with customer about the PO and shipment information;
    *Analyze capacity and material ability;
    *Production build plan for Manufacturing to follow the schedule;
    *Deliver schedule and shipment request;
    *Revenue update.

    Requirement：
    *Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;
    *Quick learner, able to work under pressure;
    *Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;
    *Major unlimited, Business Administration、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred.
     
    3.EIT Inventory Analyst(库存分析员培训生):

    Job Description:
    *Ensure on time materials supply for production line, pre-alert & analyze any shortages & closely follow up;
    *Maintain inventory accuracy though cycle count & physical inventory, discrepancies root cause investigation & analysis;
    *Continually focus in improving the Inventory Control operation;
    *Work with whole materials team to serve workcell business development

    Requirement:
    *Bachelor Degree, major in Statistics /Mathematics/Technology/ Mathematics is preferred;
    *Good command of English in both spoken and written English, quick learner;
     
    4.EIT Manufacturing Engineer （制造工程师培训生）：

    Job Description:
    *Design and optimize product’s manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability;
    *Equipment capability study and evaluation and lead to minimize machine downtime;
    *Specify equipment’s financial justification;
    *Optimize Production line layout to meet IE standards;
    *NPI (New production Introduction) technical support and design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products;
    *Support BUM (Business Unit Manager) by Providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;
    *Generate and maintain relevant engineering document to meet production requirement.

    Requirement:
    *Bachelor Degree with good English;
    *Major in Automation, Mechanical engineering;
    *Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork Spirit.
     
    5．EIT Industrial Engineer（工业工程师培训生）:

    Job Description:
    *Develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly;
    *Identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system;
    *Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and manufacturing operations personnel to Design, maintain, and continuously improve the production lines’ performance and flexible, scalable, and cost effective manufacturing process;
    *Supports Business Unit Management by providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;
    *NPI (New production Introduction) technical support;
    *Focus on Production STD time and Efficiency, Line Balance, Flow, Layout and Headcount improvement for mass product;
    *Generate and maintain relevant engineering documents to meet production requirements.

    Requirement:
    *Bachelor Degree with good English;
    *Major in Industrial Engineering;
    *Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
     
    6. EIT TE Engineer(测试工程师培训生)：
  
    Job Description:
    *Design /develop test process in conjunction with the customer;
    *To lead and guide a group of test technicians for supporting production lines;
    *To interface with vendors and supplies for machine maintenance and calibration;
    *Support production lines for minimum machine downtime and maintain proper record of all machine preventive maintenance work for ISO requirement;
    *Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and commission.

    Requirement:
    *Bachelor Degree with good English;
    *Good technical background, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Testing.
     
    7. EIT QA Engineer(品质工程师培训生)：

    Job Description: 
    *Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions;
    *Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions;
    *Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality;
    *Internal Communication, ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift;
    *Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date.

    Requirement:
    *Bachelor Degree with good English;
    *Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Testing.
     
    8. EIT Line Supervisor (生产主管培训生)

    Job Description & Requirement: 
    *Maximize product quality and efficiency；
    *Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload depending on product priority;
    *Bachelor Degree with engineering or management background.
    *Good English, responsible, good communication skill, able to work under pressure and do shift work.
