Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)

􀁺 Identify and deliver opportunities for business growth and improvement, prioritize these

opportunities and implementation, maintain existing business;

􀁺 Prompt respond to customers concerns in order to develop an understanding of the business

needs and developments;

􀁺 Manage all sales transactions, stocks and receivables with area of responsibility;

􀁺 Develop synergies with Technical Development Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure

customer satisfaction;

􀁺 Demonstrated ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and create solutions to complex issues.

􀁺 Ensure timely reporting: monthly report, visit report and other reports

 

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

􀁺 Bachelor degree and above with major in Polymer or Chemical or Fine Chemical;

􀁺 At least 3 years working experiences in related area in Chemical company;

􀁺 Background in High Polymer Chemistry industry is plus;

􀁺 Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes;

􀁺 Fluent in English to be able to work in a multicultural environment;

􀁺 Good communication and negotiation skills, good presentation skills;

􀁺 Good Microsoft (work / excel / ppt) skills

 

Other Special Comments:

􀁺 Business travel 60% of the work time is a must

􀁺 Private car licensor holder would be an advantage
