Job responsibilities:
1. Under guidance of HR Manager, being the HR partner of the BU in TJ Factory. Follow and execute the policy of the company and HR dept, complete the management of C&B, recruitment, transfer, training, and labor relationship.
2. Work together with functional HR (NTC, Staffing Centre, C&B Centre) to ensure a smooth connection of HR team and provide better service to business.
3. Getting involved in some HR projects and being the owner of HR process optimization.
4. Being a change agent to promote employee engagement.
5. Be responsible for LDR, performance management programs execution in TJ factory.
6. Other supportive affairs to business.
Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor or above, Master freshout is preferred.
2. Experience: 3 to 5 years of HR working experience in MNC, or fresh out post/graduates.
3. Language: CET 6 or above. Fluent oral language.
4. Computer Skills: Skillfully in MS office.
5. Other Key Competencies: Good communication and service spirit; proactive and self-motivated; Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; Forward thinking and good analytical thinking; Trainer know-how
