Working Position: After Sales Service engineer, Application engineer.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all technical needs of account utilizing all available resources
- 充分利用各种资源，满足客户的技术需求
- Will be Serve as a single technical point of contact for the accounts covered and become the customer’s trusted advisor after around 2 years training and working experience accumulation
- 通过约2年时间的培训和工作积累，能为所管辖的客户提供独立的技术支持并成为值得客户信任的顾问
- Listen to customer’s needs, architect solutions and present value proposition
- 聆听客户的需求，建设方案并提供有价值的建议主张
- Give presentations of the company and products to prospective clients

- Demonstrate the use and the benefits of the products to prospective clients
- 向潜在客户展演示产品的使用及相关优越性能
- Provide after-sales support to Customers

- Work with product marketing to make sure that answers/solutions are provided to the customers should a solution not be available immediately

- Provide product information to clients, qualify and close prospects on the technical aspects of the products

- Provide customer product feedback to marketing and service
