Main purpose of the job   To ensure the successful launch of IonPhasE's products in APAC from technical side by executing trials, troubleshooting and providing technical support to sales team and customers. 在技术方面确保IonPhasE公司产品的成功运用，负责处理及执行亚太地区的IonPhasE公司产品的试产和解答相关的技术问题，以及对销售部门和客户提供技术支持。

Essential tasks and areas of responsibility   1. Planning and execution of extrusion and other trials at customer site in APAC (blown film, sheet, injection moulding etc). 2. Troubleshooting. 3. Technical support to sales team. 4. Technical support and training of IonPhasE's products&technology to customers. 5. Reporting of trial results and other issues to internal functions. 6. Involvement in product quality related discussions. 7. Main contact to local customers in technical issues. 8. Job requirements   •1)    Education and experience 教育及经历   BS degree in Engineering. l 工程方面本科毕业  Min 5 years experience in plastics processing industry. Experience in extrusion industry preferred. 至少5年塑料工艺流程的经验。有挤出经验则更好。   •2)    Special job requirements 职位要求 Hands-on experience on extrusion technology. General knowledge on major plastics processing technologies. Knowledge on plastics materials. Project Management skills. Good communication skills. Senior Engineer, Product Creation　Position description
We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our sales office in Guangzhou, P.R. China, as a Senior Engineer, Product Creation. In this versatile role, you will play a key role in implementation of IonPhasE's product projects for different customer applications, by planning and executing trials at customers' sites, troubleshooting, and proving technical support for both IonPhasE's local sales team, and customers.
You will be part of cross-functional process with multiple interphases including our customers. This process enables a coordinated way of working and successful delivery of project goals. Other key parts of responsibilities will be to ensure prompt and professional communication and feedbacks with respective information for customer requests in technical matters. Furthermore, preparing of trial reports and communication to internal functions are essential part of the work. In addition, you will ensure that IonPhasE processes, tools and governance structure are followed. In this role you will report to Director, Product Creation and also to Managing Director, China.

Requirements
The keys to your success include a university degree in Plastics technology field. This academic background is further enhanced by your solid hands-on experience in plastics processing, especially in extrusion processes, and polymer materials. We also appreciate your understanding of the project, quality and customer relations management. As an individual, you are open-minded, dynamic and an enthusiastic team player, with proven track record in plastics industry. You should be fluent in Mandarin and have sufficient English language skills, both written and spoken. Cantonese language skill is an advantage.
