任职要求：1、Bachelor degree , major in auto , mechanical , electrical or relative fields 。

岗位职责：
? To plan manufacturing system for new product :Production drawing; flow chart; FMEA; control plan; and other related production documents
? To setup and input manufacturing system for new product;
? According to customer requirement, evaluate production capacity. Define new invested machine and tools list if necessary
? To observe production process for series product and optimize and improve process capability;
? To analysis defect and carry out corrective action together with other department；
? Maintain and update production time
? Problem solving and be involved in continuous improvement through optimizing manufacturing process;
? Abide by all requirements in state laws, regulations, corporate rules, quality & environment handbooks and system documents.
