工作职责：
1.协助新制程，新技术及新材料等的导入，并主导或协助完成VAVE项目（制程成本评估及控制以达到节约成本的效果）；
2. 监督供应商生产制程，跟踪生产进度；
3. 制定， 维护并时刻更新相关的重要制程步骤；
4. 根据要求现场收集数据完成产能评估工作；
5. 协助新产品的导入，解决制程过程中出现的质量问题；
6. 有必要时为美国到访的同事提供协助。
 
任职资格：
1、大学本科或以上学历； 机械工程类及相关专业应届毕业生；
2、能够独立完成任务；
3、较好的英语及中文表达能力；
4、能够应用3D软件者优先考虑；
5、熟悉office编辑软件。 

 

Job Descriptions: 
1. Assist in new process, new technique, new material development and VA/VE project.

2. Audit suppliers' processes, evaluate production status and initiate improvement project.

3. Set up, maintain and update the key manufacturing process steps/maps and process control plan.

4. Onsite collect suppliers' related process data for capability and capacity study upon request.

5. Assist in launch process for the new products and solve the quality issues/concerns.

6. Provide support during US colleagues' visiting in town.

Education and Ability:

1.        Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related field, new graduate is welcome too.

2.        An open-minded team-player with the ability to work independently

3.        Good communication skills in English and Chinese in writing and speaking.

4.        Good skill in 3D software (Pro-E, UG or Solid Works) is preferred.

5.        Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
