岗位要求：

Requirement：

·Bachelor degree related with in Sensory / Consumer Science / Food Science.
·Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
·Good learning capability
·Excellent English skills

Main responsibilities：

·Work with the team to effectively manage sensory sample volumes, schedule and run the sensory sessions
·Run and maintain all relevant sensory reports and data analysis on key indicators
·Work with sensory specialist to monitor panel performance, collect feedback and train of panelists as needed
·Analyze data and trend of sensory results produced in the lab as well as in bottling plants
·Support sensory specialist in lab to recruit new panelists as needed
·Comply to PepsiCo Lab Quality System through the development adherence and maintenance of procedures and policies for sensory operation.
