岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making

1. support Plants regarding constructing, managing and maintaining the company computer and network in workshop, as well as data management issues
2. ensure efficient implementation of new products and processes on existing machines
3. support machine suppliers in order to ensure the start-up of new machines/modules according to Presta Datamanagement standards
4. develop Presta standards for CN market in communication with the global support team in Eschen
5. achieve customer satisfaction
6. objectives are solved self dependent and efficient

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities

- second level support for any PC, server, network, datamanagement problems in the plants
- Manage and maintain company PC and server; construct, manage and maintain the network in workshop
- Support and maintain the computer system and software in workshop
- Collect process data and backup to servo
- prepare technical requirements for Datamanagement Systems for RFQ's in CN
- support suppliers by the implementation of these systems
- responsible for final acceptance of these systems
- prepare and train operators, maintanence staff for new or improved production equipment
