Position 1: ERP Business Analyst-Technical Developer
Responsibility:
Participate in projects, including detailed tasks related to analysis, design, development and testing
Perform code review and control quality of deliverables
Participate the preparation of project documentation for all phases
Participate in company internal projects
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Application-related fields
Have some project experience in database-based application development (no restriction on language tool)
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ethic / Positive attitude / Independent and self-motivated
Fluent oral and written English; passed CET-4
Candidates who are planning to develop career in ERP products, such as Oracle, PeopleSoft or SAP are preferable
Strong sense of time, can work under pressure, ability to pay attention to details and consistently produce high-quality work
Position 2: ERP Business Analyst-Financial/HCM
Responsibility:
Collecting & arranging client business demands
Analyzing cases with team members
Completing Cases in implementation/support/upgrade of Peoplesoft systems
Other related analysis tasks assigned by manager
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration and Electronic Commerce or related fields
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ethic / Positive attitude / Independent and self-motivated
Fluent oral and written English; passed CET-6
Quick learner and self-starter
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently (as required)
Strong sense of time, can work under pressure, ability to pay attention to details and consistently produce high-quality work
