To further develop the business, the company is looking for a professional as a Consultant for its leadership consulting & management development practice.

 

The Job Responsibilities

 

1.                 Location:          Shanghai

 

2.   Reporting to:   Partner

 

3.   Direct report(s):    TBD

 

4.   Function(s):

 

1.   Support business development

2.   Support assignment execution

3.   Work with the team on a day-to-day basis

 

Preferred Candidate Profile

 

1.   Nationality:           Flexible

 

2.     Education:          A Bachelor/Master’s degree from a prestigious

                                      university

 

3.   Languages:           Mandarin and English

 

4.   Age:                22 - 25 years old

 

5.   Experience:          

2 – 3 years in business/HR consulting/training area will be a plus

 

6.   Skills and Knowledge:

·        Interpersonal skills;

·        Strong learning skills;

·        Effective teamwork and presentation skills

·        Fluent English

·        Strong analytical skills

·        Ability to work with people and passion to succeed
