Job Title: Marketing and Communications Executive
Location: Shanghai
Company: IPC, a global trade association representing the electronic interconnection industry.
Job Responsibilities: Provide support to the marketing & communications department, including the areas of media relations, marketing, communications, membership, graphic design and online support. This position is integral in providing timely, appropriate and accurate information to all IPC audiences. Develop and maintain in-house media lists and access online media services. Development and translation of press releases and distribute press releases. Produce and create a monthly e-newsletter. Provide proofreading services for all assigned communications. Coordinate collection of all information for publications, including IPC Review, IPC Publications Catalog, and event Proceedings. Work with appropriate staff to request mailing lists, coordinate mailings, and secure bids for print production. Develop and create sales information packets and materials for distribution. Coordinate trade show presence, including ordering signage and mailing booth materials. Assist in the development of annual marketing plans and promotional materials, as assigned. Provide membership support - servicing members, stuffing and mailing member welcome and recruitment materials. Provide other marketing & communications support activities as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience; and proficiency in overall computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, web-based communication tools, etc.).
Hours: M - F, 9am - 5pm
