[上海]多美滋C&B招实习生

Position: HR C&B（Compensation & Benefit） Intern （薪资福利部）
Location: Shanghai Jinqiao Office Park(浦东新区新金桥路27号)
Working Frequency: At least 3 days/week
Duration: At least 6 months（因为需要的最好是长期的，所以还是希望离公司近一点的孩纸比较好。。虽然如果你不介意像我这样每天5：30起，19：00回到学校，能够坚持的话，那也米有问题！！但是我想说：真的很累。。）

Job Description:
For assisting in C&B process and clients, providing professional services based on HR business process
outsourcing related to the compensation and benefits and other specialized services.

Key Responsibilities:
•1.Management of employee personal files, documents, information, etc
•2.Assisting in Social Security & Housing Fund Contribution, etc.
•3.Collection of C&B/Group Insurance information.
•4.Preparation of basic reports & analysis of C&B data.
•5.Assisting in applying for Work Permit, Residence Permit, etc.

Job Requirements:
•1.Prefer大三or直研的同学，因为需要长期的
•3.Good communication and interpersonal skills
•4.Conversant with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, etc
•5.Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable creative

其实就是一句话：你可以什么都不会，因为像我刚进来的时候也是个迷茫的娃。。但是老板还有同岗位的实习生都会慢慢教你的。。我们需要的是踏实，认真，有耐心的你~~

Time：8：30~17：00（如果加班，可以打的回家，是报销的！！！而且有加班费！！但是这种情况鲜有发生）

实习工资：80元/天   午餐免费
