Required Foot Measurement: (Very Important!!!)

Woman’s size 37 （应聘者的脚必须是中国码女鞋37码）

Principal Accountabilities:
Fit all the women’s sample prototypes and engineering prototypes, provide the comments and feedback about the fitting prototypes.
 
Skills:

1) Familiar with operation of the shoe company branch office in China, knowing the prototype sample fitting purpose and the EP fitting purpose.

2) Willing to cooperate with the design, development and commercialization team for fitting the samples, sometimes the over time is needed.
3) Understand the women’s shoe business and support the Rockport Company to achieve the fit assurance.
 
Knowledge:
1. Good at English communication in speaking, writing and listening.
2. IT skills (e-mail, MS Office application)
3. University or College degree
