Regular/Temporary:   Temp( From March, 2012-May, 2012)

 Responsibilities

·         Legal research; 

·         Legal translation; 

·         Simple legal document review (including but not limited to standard and non-standard  agreements, bidding documents, etc.); 

·          Documentation filings; 

·         Legal administration work; 

·         Any other work as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree in law, or above

·         Good English skills in speaking and writing;

·         Experienced in MS Office tool including WORD, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
