IBM大济南地区招聘销售类Trainee，具体招聘信息请参照以下内容: IBM Sales Trainee Location: GJN (Jinan Tianjin Qingdao Yantai) Job Description: •Develop skills under the guidance of a team leader or manager and is provided assistance in accomplishing his/her responsibilities. •Perform tasks that include developing relationships within the client's account and identifying viable client business problems which may translate into IBM opportunities. •Use and attend to negotiation sessions as an entry team member, involving other IBM functions and clients in order to attain position objectives. Negotiation skills are an essential requirement. •Recognize job-related problems in account planning and solution implementation and works to produce solutions with the assistance of a team leader or manager. •Analyze client problems using available methodologies and prepare alternative solutions for discussion with team leader or manager/other IBM functions towards adoption of agreed solution to the client. •With assistance, develop and implement a marketing plan and the supporting strategy for specific opportunities. •With assistance, work with the client and IBM resources to establish and implement coverage/marketing plans to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction. •Helps to make IBM business objectives including revenue and customer satisfaction. Basic Requirements: •Graduate in 2012, bachelor or above. •Good command of English in speaking, writing, and listening. •Open-minded, willing to take challenge, hard-working and fast learning; •Internship in multinational companies preferred.
