2006年8月，洛德投资1.2亿元人民币在上海金山化工区组建新的化学工厂，设计年产8000吨胶粘剂、1600吨涂料、3000吨灌封材料。

新的化学技术及生产中心严格按照洛德全球标准建造，拥有大量国际先进的实验设备和测试手段，致力于开发适合中国市场的胶粘剂和涂料等产品。同时，为国内客户提供各种专业的技术支持和技术服务，包括整体解决方案、工艺过程分析、产品应用评价、环境仿真测试、技术难题研究、技术问题咨询等。

osition: Lab Equipment Engineer 实验室设备工程师 1名 （工作地点：金山化工区）

Responsibilities:

- Keeps lab facility working well to insure the daily use of chemical technical lab. Documentation and management for the efficient and safe use of the lab and all kinds of equipments/instruments.

- Maintain or coordinate equipment suppliers to maintain relative lab equipment, insure the system works well. Sourcing and develop working relationships with equipment/fixture companies.

- Organization of preventive maintenance and emergency repair, reduce equipment failure rates. Assist engineers to complete technical test of project and experiments.

- Develop chemical analysis equipment/apparatus solutions for adhesive using, organize relative components to implement application requirements, coordinate relative suppliers for the maintenance of these apparatus.

- Know well laboratory safety requirements.

Requirements:

- Electrical automation, mechanical or related major.

- Graduating student is preferred.

- Good operation skills, ability to carry heavy tools and equipments. Ready to work in tough environments.

- Good use of CAD, ability to prepare drawings and blueprints.

- Good written and oral English.
