职位描述/要求：
Position: Senior IPR Lawyer
Department: Legal Department
Supervisor: Head of Legal Department
Job Band: Senior Level

Responsibilities:
1. Leading and handling court proceedings;
2. Legal research, drafting recommendations in fluent English and Chinese;3. Study and analyze cases; 4. Monitoring markets, liaising with enforcement officials, training enforcement officials;5. Organizing, taking part in and managing enforcement actions, meeting deadlines;6. All and every work given by the firm.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above on Law;2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3. At least 3 years of working experience as lawyer in the IPR field;
4. Be able to work independently;
5. Experience to lead a team preferred;
6. Team spirit and service oriented;
7. Be able to work under pressure and travel.
