Position Information

 

Conference Sales Executive

 

Position Summary
Conference sales executive is responsible for selling our high level summits and conferences over the telephone to decision makers. Research and identify, sell and negotiate with potential clients, delegates and service providers. Match client’s needs and requirements with our products and services before closing potential clients on our company packages. The role of a conference sales executive is to persuade the relevant management in the industry that they simply cannot afford to miss this event.
You will need to be professional and persuasive above all, but any phone sales experience would be an advantage. The team you will be going into is highly successful, so you will
need to be able to match the drive and ambition of the current team members. A competitive nature will be rewarded, but a good team focus is also vital. This particular role requires a fluent English speaker both written and oral, although another language can also be
useful.
Responsibilities:
-Become familiar with the event you will be marketing.
-Do company research to ensure you can effectively articulate the event information.
-Contact individuals on specified research lists that will be provided.
-Provide an efficient and elegant message to prospects, provide them event collateral when requested.


-Register event delegates and sponsors.
Requirements:
-At least 1 years work experience in sales.
-Be familiar with Telesales or Telemarketing capacity.
-Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-Positive mental attitude with a competitive nature.
-High motivated and self assured.
-Strong work ethic.
-Collaborative team player


Conference Producer

 

Responsibilities:
-At least take 3-month project sales execution in the sales floor
-Study and analyse certain industry with great concentration
-Communicate with the industrial experts and elites to collect and analyse the information
-Take
responsibility of all aspects of the conference production and project
management, including business research, topic generation, market
identification, program development, copy writing, speaker invitation
-Work closely with marketing department to implement market campaign
-Supervise designing of conference brochure and all the promotional documentation for
event marketing

 

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with energy/infrastructure/finance industry 2 years working experience.
-Good command of oral and written English, at least CET-6 is required
-The ability to assimilate complex information quickly-Strong analytical research skills
-Good verbal communication skills for telephone research
-The ability to sell an original idea to the C-levels
-Entrepreneurial with creative flair
-Big interesting in macro-economics
-Good time management skills - able to work under pressure to deadlines
-Open minded with self-motivation and team work spirit
-Master degree in Finance will be preferred.


Coordinator

 

Responsibilities

 -- Paper work and administration
-- Pre conference supportive work to the production and sales team
-- Planning, managing and executing large-scale international conferences
-- Qualifying, adapting and managing needed conference suppliers under pre-determined
criteria of quality and cost
-- Budget and cost control
-- Itinerary management for special conference speakers and government officers
-- On site management and control
-- Post conference finance balancing, evaluation and appreciation


Requirements:
-- Bachelor Degree
-- CET 6
-- Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet
-- Excellent in professional English
-- Working experience in planning, organizing and executing international conferences
preferred
-- Able to work and solve problems independently
-- Able to be an excellent team player, to support other project members, and also to
delegate tasks on site
-- Good communication skills, open-minded
-- Working with confidence, flexibility, carefulness, honesty and high responsibility
