德高教育培训中心，是个人语言学习解决方案领域的研发者和创新者，我们专注于如何提高每一个孩子对于英语使用能力的学习效率和训练效果，是目前唯一获教育部颁发许可证的采用非传统班级概念进行个性化授课训练的少儿英语学习中心。
    我们的教学方法不仅仅可以激发孩子的兴趣，更强调孩子在愉快的氛围中所模仿学习到的知识和技能。所以我们采用非传统班级概念的教学方法，即按照每个孩子自身水平确定其最适合的学习难度和时间，按照孩子每次上课互动训练的效果来决定个人的进度，帮助孩子们建立并保持对英语学习的持久信心。
   

Main Responsibilities:
    To conduct classroom lessons according to the DG Learning Center (Kids) methodology.
    To provide high quality professional teaching at all times.
    To give assistance in Speaking Centre as required.
    To help students reach the level of English established in their learning objective.
    To provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom.
    To take an interest in and give advice on individual student's progress in English.
    To prepare new materials as requested.
    To promote and preserve a pleasant and courteous atmosphere in the Centre.
    To fullfil other tasks requested by the director.
    要求：
    1)本科以上学历
    2)专业英文八级以上（应届毕业生已通过专业四级即有面试资格）
    3)有教师资格证优先
    4)能吃苦耐劳及良好的团队精神
