1、企业简介
云南省电力设计院成立于1958年8月,是中国能源建设集团有限公司下属全资子公司,是从事电力工程勘察设计的专业设计院,持有勘察综合类甲级证书、电力工程设计甲级证书、电力工程咨询甲级证书、电力工程总承包甲级证书、环境污染防治专项工程设计乙级证书、通信工程设计乙级证书、建筑工程设计乙级证书、电力工程监理甲级证书、ISO9001质量环境和职业安全健康管理体系认证证书等,1996年被评为“全国勘察设计综合实力百强单位”,2002年获全国工程项目管理排序第29名和全国工程总承包百名排序第89名。
云南省电力设计院拥用600余人的员工队伍,是专业配备齐全、实践经验丰富的勘察设计队伍,其中高级工程师140余人、工程师100余人、国家认证的各类注册工程师100余人,设置有电网项目部、系统部、发电部、新能源设计研究所、变电部、线路部、勘测部、技经部、工程部、技术咨询部等10个生产部,各类勘察设计装备先进,信息化管理及辅助设计系统完善。
云南省电力设计院致力于以先进的技术、优质的服务、良好的信誉为顾客提供满意服务。建院50余年来,已累计完成发电工程13000兆瓦、变电工程50000兆伏安、送电线路工程30000千米的勘测设计项目,多次荣获国家级和省级优秀工程勘测设计奖,包括国家科学技术奖1项、国家重大技术装备奖1项、省部级优秀勘测设计和科技进步奖70余项、省电网公司级各类科技进步和科技成果奖60余项。
 
1、Brief Introduction of YNPD
Founded in Aug 1958, Yunnan Provincial Electric Power Design Institute (YNPD) is subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Group Co,Ltd.(CEEC),which specializes in reconnaissance and design of power engineering. YNPD possesses Class A certificate for comprehensive investigation, Class A certificate for design of electric power engineering, Class A certificate for consultation of electric power engineering, Class A certificate for general contracting of electric power engineering, Class B certificate for environment pollution treatment engineering, Class B certificate for design of communication engineering, Class B certificate for design of construction engineering, ISO9001 certificate for quality, environment and occupational safety and health. In 1996, YNPD was ranked as “top 100 enterprises in comprehensive investigation in China” and in 2002, it was ranked the 29th in national engineering project management, and 89th in engineering general contracting.
Over 600 staffs are employed in YNPD, where specialties cover completely and numerous experienced engineers and specialists serve, including over 140 senior engineers, over 100 engineers, 100 certified engineers. There are 10 professional departments specializing in power system, power generation, power transmission, power transformation, reconnaissance, which obtaining advanced instruments and devices for survey & design, information management and assistant design system.
YNPD commit herself to provide customers satisfied services with advanced technology, good service, outstanding credit. In post over 50 years, 13000MW generation projects, 50000MVA transforming projects, 30000km transmission projects have been completed. YNPD was awarded in design and investigation by nation & province many times, including 1 national science & technology prize, 1 national technology & equipment prize, over 70 provincial and ministry prize, over 60 technology prized awarded by Yunnan Power Grid.
 
 
2、技术特色
1)高海拔紧凑型输电设计技术达到国内领先水平
云南省电力设计院在国内较早开展高海拔地区紧凑型输电技术研究,在高海拔地区紧凑型线路的选型计算、绝缘配合、耐雷水平、线路金具、线路塔型规划、双回路线路参数等方面的研究处于国内领先水平,为保持生态环境、提高单位走廊输电容量有着巨大的经济与社会效益。

2)输电线路微地形、微气象研究成果突出
自90年代起,云南省电力设计院就开始收集大量基本气象数据,研究微地形、微气象对输电线路的影响,研究输电线路覆冰机制和应对措施。采用多种先进技术手段,研究确定了输电线路覆冰、粘附以及雪天、大风和雷电等灾害性天气的发生规律,提出了冰区划分依据和标准,对提高输电线路运行的稳定和可靠性发挥了积极的重要作用。
2)Micro-landform & microclimate research for transmission line
Since 1990, YNPD started to collect elementary weather data, study impact of micro-landform & microclimate on transmission line,especially in icing mechanism and corresponding measures of important transmission lines.
   With site visits, dynamic diagnosis, climate dynamics, micro-climate analysis and GIS technology and other advanced methods, the study identifies Transmission Line, adhesion in northeastern、eastern、northwest of Yunnan,and snow, high winds and lightning and other severe weather occurrence, made ice division basis and standards, enhancing the stability of transmission Line Operation and reliability has played a positive role.
3)大型循环流化床(CFB)应用技术国内领先
循环流化床(CFB)锅炉技术属于洁净煤发电技术,是一种清洁、高效、煤种适应性广的燃烧技术,是国家“十五”重大技术装备研制项目。云南省电力设计院承担了国内首台国产化300兆瓦循环流化床锅炉的设计研究与工程应用,在CFB结构设计、施工工艺、运行调试等方面大胆创新,对发展具有自主知识产权的300兆瓦循环流化床锅炉和600兆瓦超临界循环流化床锅炉起到了重要作用。
3)Circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB) technology is in leading position in China
Circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) technology is an important aspect of clean coal generation technology which is clean, high efficient, flexible burning technology. YNPD undertakes design of first unit of 300MW CFB in China, with innovation in CFB structure design, construction technique, operation & debug. YNPD has contributed much to development of decision-making power of intellectual property in 300MW CFB and 600MW superior CFB in China.
4)大型太阳能光伏电站设计业绩突出、经验丰富
云南省电力设计院通过昆明石林166MWp光伏电站项目、甘肃敦煌10MWp特许权项目的工程设计,积累了丰富的太阳能电力项目设计经验,设计项目遍及云南、甘肃、新疆、宁夏、广东等地,促进了我国太阳能电力发展。
4)rich experience in solar power station design
YNPD accumulated rich experience in solar energy power generation station with design of Kunming Shilin project with capacity of 166MWp, Dunhuang project with capacity of 10MWp. Projects designed spread over Yunnan, Gansu, Xinjiang, Ningxia & Guangdong, promotes solar energy usage in China.
 
5)拥有丰富的山区风电场选址及工程设计经验
云南省电力设计院承接了大量山区风电场工程设计项目,在山区风电场的宏观选址、风机布置的微观选址以及山区风电场规划设计中积累了丰富的工程经验,为山区风电场工程建设降低投资、提高风能利用效率发挥了积极作用。
5)rich experience in site selection & project design of wind power station in mountainous area
YNPD undertakes many wind power station design projects in mountainous area, accumulated rich experience in site selection, disposal of wind machine & planning of wind yard, which is effective to lower cost of wind station, improve efficiency of wind usage.
