职位名称：制造工程师 Manufacturing Engineer

主要工作职责：

1. 持续改善。测定标准工时，分析工艺流程，规划生产区域及设备布局，设计并管理工装夹具，确保生产效率的最大化。

2. 协助新线的建立。主要职责包括生产线的布局、设备规格、工装夹具、作业指导书以及员工的培训。

3. 在新产品导入过程中支持生产线的建成，样品试制。跟进试制过程并修正过程参数。

4. 主导并协调解决设备问题。管理工装夹具及设备备件库存。

5. 与物料、质量和采购等相关部门协作，及时地解决生产计划和产品质量问题。

要求：

1. 机械或制造类专业本科学历。

2. 熟悉CAD和Solid Works。读懂工程图纸。

3. 具有精益六西格玛知识和经验。

4 具有熟练的书面英语表达能力。

Responsibilities:

1. Drive continuous improvements. Conduct time study, analyze work flow, plan work cell and equipment layout, design tooling and fixtures, in order to maximize production efficiency.

2. Assist in establishing new production lines. Responsibilities include working with others to develop line layout, equipment specifications, tooling and fixtures, working instructions, and providing training to operators.

3. During new product transition, support production line setup and pilot run and modify process parameters as necessary.

4. Provide leadership and coordination for solving equipment problem. Manage inventories of tooling, fixtures and equipment spare parts.

5. Works with Material, Quality, and Sourcing groups to resolve any planning and quality related issues in a timely manner.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.

2. Familiar with CAD and Solid Works. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

3. Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma manufacturing methods.

4. Good written and verbal English.

职位名称：生产助理  Production Assistant

工作职责：

1.收集生产数据，录入电脑，并进行分析。

2.部门文档及记录的管理。

3.支持部门内部的翻译工作。

4.完成部门生产消耗品的采购。

5.协助完成与设备相关零部件及工具的采购及相关数据库的维护。

6.制作生产部门的月度报告。

7.处理生产部门的行政事务。

要求：

1.大专学历。

2.具有良好的电脑操作能力。

3.具有良好的中英文沟通能力。

4.具有生产领域工作经验者优先考虑。

职位名称：制造测试工程师 Manufacturing Test Engineer

工作地点：杭州下沙

工作职责：

1.按照测试计划和测试标准安装测试设备，测试工装。

2.设计并制作测试工装，确认测试工装的适用性。

3.进行测试数据分析，查找不良原因，并寻求解决办法。完成测试报告。

4.维护测试设备及测试软件。管理工装夹具及设备备件库存。

5.优化测试设备，测试工装及测试方法以达到高质量，高效率及低成本。

6.制作测试指导，培训测试人员。

要求：

1.电气或电子工程专业本科学历。

2.熟悉控制电气线路图，有制图能力更佳。

3.具备熟练的英语读写能力。

4.熟悉AutoCAD及Solid Works者为佳。

Responsibilities:

1.Set up and configure test equipment and fixtures as required by the test plans and or test standards.

2.Design and fabricate test fixtures and verify their appropriateness.

3.Conduct test data analysis, trouble shooting and problem resolution. Furnish test report.

4.Maintain test equipment and software. Manage inventory of test fixture and equipment spare parts.

5.Continuously improve test equipment, fixture and test method to ensure good quality, low cost and high efficiency.

6.Develop and maintain test instruction. Train test operators.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree with major in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

2.Capable of interpreting and develop electrical drawings.

3.Good in reading and writing English.

4.Familiarity with AutoCAD and Solid Works will be a plus.
