市场助理 1人

基本工作职能：

1.  开发，实施和不断地评估短期与长期的公司产品和其它相关产品的计划。

2.  识别所有现存的或者潜在的公司客户，包括私营，政府的，和国营单位。

3.  收集并且更新关于定义销售战略的有用的市场的信息。

4.  配合总经理，以确定按客户，区域，产品划分的客户。

5.  每周报告销售业绩和销售活动。

6.  直接负责一部分区域销售。

7.  实行由顾客/区域的销售战略和产品行动。

8.  通过电话、电传、宣传资料和邮件，沟通、实施、管理并跟踪所有潜在的项目。

9.  监测每个帐户的销售活动：

跟踪往来帐户容量和潜力容量比较信息与销售

依靠此信息，发展客户关系以达到销售目标

管理应收账款并且控制帐户以缩小应收款。

10. 在必要的情况下拜访客户。

11. 考核制定账户和因产品线和容量提升的新业务的销售业绩。

12. 行程报告，包括出差时的。

13. 与客户电话或面对面交流以接到订单。

14. 管理客户需求及建议。

15. 参与展会计划。

16. 出差回来后，提交花费报告并提交得到批准。

17. 执行总经理的其它安排。

要求：

1. 营销、市场类专业优先。

2. 应届毕业生

3. 在校平均成绩80分以上。

待遇：

1. 试用工资：1500/月 （试用三个月）

2. 试用期满后，根据个人能力定岗，工资1500-2500/月 奖金

3. 五险一金（养老保险、失业保险、工伤保险、医疗保险、生育保险 住房公积金）

4. 双休 国家法定节假

Marketing Assistant

Require:

1.       College education (4 year university or 3 year college) in sales/marketing

2.       Good communication skills , works well with others at all levels, having a strong team consciousness

3.       Relevant experience is a plus

4.       Good written and verbal English skills

5.       Ability to adapt to change easily

Treatment ：

1.      Salary when probation period: 1500CNY per month（3 month）

2.      Salary after probation period: 1500CNY-2500CNY per month bonus

3.      Five-insurance payment
