KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES主要工作职责及内容:
Involving in annual hospital segmentation project by BU for sales team target selection
Involving in annual customer segmentation project by BU for sales team target selection
Involving in sales force customer management improvement by BU to improve sales team efficiency
Involving in annual sales force sizing & structure designing project by BU to optimize customer coverage
Involving in annual sales target setting analysis by BU to maximize sales opportunity catching
Involving in monthly sales team performance evaluation analysis by BU to find improvement area on time
Involving in monthly sales team promotional activities analysis by BU to find best investment practice
Involving in quarterly sales budget allocation optimization by BU to do more with less
Providing fast analytic support for sales team innovation change by BU to help sales team meet changing market environment
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above. MBA is a plus,
Master of Statistics, Maths, Chemistry, IT is welcomed
1 years sales/marketing/operation/consulting experience in pharmaceutical industry
Strong business acumen and insightful understanding in business operation, effectiveness and development
Highly effective interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
Proactive, analytical, inquisitive, and can manage projects while thriving in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
IT, Tele Com, Consumer Health industry is also welcomed
