1. Operations运营中心（武汉/深圳）                  10名

 

-- MIS Navigator/数据分析专员

Key objectives

Prepare operation reports, yearly budget and capacity plan.

负责运营中心业务数据报告，年度预算和人力规划

 

Duties and responsibilities

1.       Prepare and create operation all unit’s daily, monthly and yearly report

负责运营中心各业务部门日/月/年度报告

2.       Analyses call center daily performance

分析呼叫中心日常业务指标

3.       According to MIS data provide valuable suggestion on operation improvement to management

根据业务数据为管理层提供有效数据分析支持

4.       Prepare yearly capacity plan and review by monthly base制作年度人力预算并月度跟踪

5.       Prepare yearly operation budget制作年度运营部预算

6.  Other tasks as assigned 其它部门主管安排工作

 

Requirements

1.  Fluent English communication skills (listening, reading and writing), good oral English is an advantage but not a must 良好的英文听读写能力，口语好者为佳

2.  Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Statistic, Information Technology or related discipline

     本科及以上学历，数理统计、信息管理等相关专业者优先

3.   Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Oracle, VBA, SQL) 熟悉Office/Oracle/VBA/SOL

 

-- Quality Control Specialist/质量监控专员

Key objectives

Close monitor operation unit’s quality and make sure they follow with standard process; Provide suitable suggestion to improve current Operation workflow from Quality point of view.

按照现有标准流程密切监测运营部各部门的服务质量；提出有效质量监控和改进的建议以协助运营中心的管理

 

Duties and responsibilities

1.         Ensure operation going on well according to process and responsible for quality improvement of process 保证运营中心流程化操作及质量改进

2.         Participate in design of quality control monitoring forms and quality standards

参与质量标准流程的设定

3.         Perform quality control monitoring or other assessment to ensure operation unit’s quality

执行质检的监控流程或者其他的评估来确保运营部门的质量

4.         Analyst evaluation data to compile and track performance at team and individual level

过对数据的评估和分析来收集和追踪小组和个人的表现

5.         Coordinate and facilitate quality calibration sessions for operation staff

协助并且促进部门员工质量的校准

6.         Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management review

为管理层准备并分析内部及外部的质量报告

 

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities

1.         Coordinate project between other department and Operation负责运营部与外部项目的协调

2.         Participate in Operation system UAT 参与运营部系统操作用户测试

3.         Maintain the operation system environment 维护运营部系统运行环境

4.   Perform other tasks as identified by the manager 上级领导布置的其它工作

 

Requirements

1.  Bachelor's degree or above, fluent English communication skills (oral and written)

本科及以上学历，精通英文（能将其作为日常工作语言）

-- Management Trainee/管理培训生(客户服务部/信审部/注册文档部/电话销售部)

Key objectives

Prepare for the future business expansion and plan for localization of key positions.

配合公司未来发展，计划成为主要职位的本地化骨干。

 

Duties and responsibilities

1.   Job rotation in key function departments for 1 month一个月各主要业务部门轮岗

2.      To be supplemented with training in relevant financial products.

     完成相关的金融业务知识培训

3.      To participate in various business projects and expansion plans as assigned by immediate supervisor参与各项业务发展计划

4.      Incumbents who can successfully pass through the program will be placed in various departments as middle supervisor / management positions成功通过最后考核后者 ，加入到各个部门成为中层管理人员

    

Requirements

1.  Bachelor's degree, English level at CET-6 or TEM-4 or above 本科学历，英语六级/专业四级即可
