Adobe is looking for an operation assistant(contractor) for recruiting team.
年薪:要求0-2年工作经验,英文口语及书面表达能力优秀,细心踏实,逻辑思维能力强,2个月之内毕业的应届生也可申请(专业不限,但不解决户口)。此职位是entry level,薪水不高。JD见下文,工作地点在五道口清华科技园。

Responsibility:
• Talent Operations: Interview scheduling, reporting, creating of requisition reporting for the China team, requisition lifecycle management in Adobe's Applicant tracking and recruiting system (Taleo), coordination and ownership of 3rd party background verification vendor for the region. Take care of candidate offering and make sure all candidates receive the 1st class experience.
• Manage complex interview schedules; scheduling telephone and face to face interviews with the recruiting team and the business; up to executive-level hiring
• Manage complex arrays of job advertisements on the web, press and internally. Use web 2.0 technologies to promote local career opportunities
• Providing a timely response service to applicant candidates online via job boards
• Use the company tools in order to maintain records on candidates in a database
• Collect data and provide reports on recruiting activity/workforce market, when required
• Ownership of 3rd party invoice-tracking, raising of appropriate purchase orders and cross charging.
Requirements

• A natural ability to deal with confidential matters; conveying trust and partnership at all times.
• Bachelor's degree and above
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Extensive knowledge in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, database or CRM Systems is a plus
