Role Description: 
•Developing a portfolio of clients through regular business development and sales techniques
•Delivering retained and contingency recruitment solutions in your area of specialization 
•Achieving monthly and quarterly targets consistently
•Making regular contributions to the team-based environment in the form of ideas, client and candidate sharing, training/experience sharing

Person Description:
•Bachelor degree or above (HR, Industrial Relations is perfect).
•2+ years experience preferably as Headhunter, HR specialist, good generalist HR Knowledge in HR systems and standard practices in China.
•Strong Computer skills (word, PPT, excel etc).
•Mature judgment and decision making(able to work independently without close supervision).
•Strong oral and written English skills.
