Job Title:Application Engineer 应用工程师 (无线通信，射频微波及相关专业) Department: Electronic Measurements Group电子测试测量部

Target: 2011& 2012 硕士畢業生; 主修无线通信，射频微波及相关专业    

Job Description: 1、对无线通信的基站和终端等研发和生产应用的客户提供技术和应用支持，包括GSM、WCDMA、CDMA2000、TD-SCDMA、LTE等移动通信技术以及WLAN、WiMAX、Bluetooth、GPS等各种技术；
2、了解客户的技术需求,提供售前的技术支持，介绍和建议安捷伦测试测量的解决方案；
3、协助客户从产品研发到产线生产的测试计划制定和测试软件的开发；
4、为客户提供技术和产品操作方面的现场培训和教室培训，帮助用户解决仪器使用中的各种测试相关的问题。

1. Provide technical and application support to R&D/Manufacture customers in wireless communication industry, including base station and mobile handset. The technology includes GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, LTE, WLAN, WiMAX, Bluetooth, GPS, etc.
2. Understand customer needs. Provide pre-sales support and introduce/recommend Agilent test & measurement solution.
3. Support customer NPI process. Help customer define test plan and develop test software to have a smooth transition from product development to mass production.
4. Deliver technical and product training on customer site and in Agilent office. Solve technical problems for customers.  

Qualification: 1、硕士学历，无线通信，射频微波及相关专业；欢迎2011,2012年毕业生应聘
2、良好的无线通信知识（如2G/3G，LTE等）、射频、系统集成知识；
3、熟悉一种软件开发语言（例如VC、VB、Labview、VEE等），如具有软件开发经验更佳；
4、有无线通信研发和其它技术相关的工作经验优先；
5、良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；
6、愿意出差；
7、英文良好。

1.Master degree in wireless communication, RF/Microwave or equivalent. 2011 & 2012 graduates are welcome to apply
2.Good knowledge on wireless communication technologies (e.g. 2G/3G, LTE, etc.), Radio Frequency and system integration. 
3.Familiar with one of programming tools such as VC, VB, Labview or VEE. Software development experience is preferred.
4.Working experience in wireless communication (R&D, technical related position) is preferred.
5.Good communication skills and teamwork
6.Travel is required.
7.Good written and oral English skill.
