Start Your Career with Academy

Advantest Group dedicates to build up leading engineering team in the industry for long term business success. It is beneficial to both of the top universities' graduates and us to develop the talents as excellent testing engineers and software engineers through a systematic training program. We provide comprehensive curriculum, on-job training and oversea assignment to the graduates and put them in the fast track of career life. We call this special initiative as "Academy Program". 

Advantest Group will continue the Academy Program from Verigy and will increase the courses from Advantest as it has been so successful. Since the program was launched in 2005, more than 80 outstanding talents from various universities across China have been trained in the program and graduated from it. Most of them have started their promising careers as Application Engineers, Application Development Engineers, Software Engineers and others, to support our test systems for SOC(System on Chip) and Memory applications. 

In the future, we expect more talent fresh people join the new Academy Program and win success with us.

The Academy Program is an intensive and tailored 12-month training program to effectively develop you on semiconductor test expertise. It will help you greatly in following aspects:

The trainees will be developed through:

●  Practical classroom courses followed by project-based on-job training (OJT)
●  Daily coaching by academy training managers
●  Technical mentoring by experienced engineers in relevant teams 

Academy Trainee - IC Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
-    Provide pre- & post-sale support for SOC test systems to world-wide customers
-    Develop or convert test program and design hardware interface for SOC devices on our test systems
-    Optimize test program to reduce test time and increase fault coverage
-    Solve engineering and production problems for customers
-    Document all projects and intellectual knowledge
-    Collaborate and communicate with colleagues  and customers to ensure delivered services meet customers' request

Qualifications:
-    Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, RF and Microwave, automation, instrumentation, communications, 
　　microelectronics, computer science or related discipline
-    RF and Microwave background is a strong plus
-    Good verbal and written English
-    Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure
-    Good communication skill
-    Be flexible to take business trip

 

Academy Trainee - Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
-    Provide software development service for SOC test platforms to world-wide customers
-    Perform test program conversion, development and optimization
-    Research, design and develop software solution and processes to improve test program development and production efficiency　　
　　on SOC test platforms
-    Document all projects and intellectual knowledge
-    Collaborate and communicate with colleagues  and customers to ensure delivered services meet customers' request

Qualifications:
-     Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related discipline
-     Skillful on objective oriented design and programming
-     Good programming skills in C/C++, Java or Perl  languages
-     Basic knowledge on electronic engineering is preferred
-     Good verbal and written English
-     Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure
-     Good communication skill
-     Be flexible to take business trip

 

Customer Service Engineer（现场服务工程师）

Responsibilities:    
-     Provide technical support at customer's site
-     Install, set-up and buyoff equipments
-     Customer interfaces such as visits, meetings, complaints and feedback
-     Conduct training courses to customers
-     Require to travel extensively to outstation

Qualifications:    
-     Bachelor degree majoring in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronic/electromechanical engineering or other related field
-     Good skill in written and spoken English, Japanese is a plus
-     Excellent communication and team-work spirit are required

问：负责人您好，我想知道简历在线提交以后是否能够修改呢？ 我看到在ChinaHR的网站上，有个修改简历的选项，所以想知道是否能更新本人简历上面的信息。感谢您的回复。
答：简历提交以后，HR处理之前可以修改；如果已处理，就不可以再修改了。

问：您好，简历被HR处理之后而邮箱里面没有任何通知，是否意味着我的简历已被淘汰？
答：您的简历没有被淘汰，现在还在简历接收阶段。在简历提交后，您应该会至少收到一封简历接收确认函，如您邮箱中没有收到，建议可以先进入您的个人求职助理，求职助理中肯定也有一封确认函；如也没有的，网管可以帮您确认您的提交情况，请提供您的邮箱/用户名/联系方式等具体信息，以便为您确认，申请是否成功。

问：您好，我的简历状态是已被处理，如果通过是否会陆续通知测试，还是会到截至的时候再通知？
答：如果通过，会陆续收到通知，下一阶段的进度请随时关注招聘网站上的最新动态。

问：您好！我的简历基本信息都已经填写完毕，可是每次都是照片无法上传导致简历不能提交。
答：请查看图片格式，确认大小（500K 以内），图片过大会影响提交。

问：我现在无法上传照片和简历。UploadFile 部分只有浏览按钮，没有上传按钮。请问如何解决？
答：直接点保存就是上传。

问：填写申请表时需要使用中文还是英文？
