•一、   单位简介：

 

泛美天地能源咨询（北京）有限公司成立于2007 年底，是一个从事油气勘探开发生产咨询的美资公司。经过四年的发展，泛美天地能源在中国的北京、美国的休斯顿和贝克斯菲尔德、以及加拿大的卡尔加里都设立了分公司，目前北京分公司的在职员工人数已接近 200人。 泛美天地能源主要服务于北美和欧洲的知名油气公司。目前，我们已经拥有近 20个稳定的客户，

    其中大客户有：Oxy、Petrofac、BP、ConocoPhillips、Shell、BHP（必和必拓）、Apache、Hess、Talisman等。我们的主要业务包括：地球物理、储量评价、生产分析、油藏工程、数据管理等。其中油藏工程领域包括地质建模、数值模拟、开发方案设计及优化调整等；数据管理领域包括测井数字化、岩心数据分析、井筒数据管理等；生产分析及储量评价包括钻完井设计、地面管网优化设计、人工举升设计、递减曲线分析等。泛美天地能源的专业人员包括：地球物理师、地质工程师、钻井工程师、测井工程师、油藏工程师、采油工程师、设备工程师、资源评价师以及经济师等。

 

•二、   招聘需求：

 

1、Completion Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Beijing 

* Screen the key data items from client's raw reports (English version). 

* Check wellbore data integrity and consistence. 

* Responsible for data entry in database on time per clients formats and quality standards. 

* Carry out wellbore data analysis based on well operation history. 

QUALIFICATION: 

* 2012 University Graduate 

* Bachelor or Master of Petroleum engineering. 

* 1+years industry or research experience on completion is preferred. 

* Understand drilling, completion, work over, maintenance, stimulation, abandon on site operation workflow and familiar with the down hole daily operation data,wellbore equipment data, daily cost data and cement data etc. 

* Capable of using Technical Software, experience of using Landmark OpenWells,Profile and Weatherford's WSM is preferred. 

* Good in technical reading and writing English, Good oral English will be a plus. 

2、Drilling Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Beijing

3、Reservoir Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Beijing 

* Building the black oil /compositional/fractured models of reservoirs. 

* Responsible for history matching and forecasting. 

* Uncertainty and risk analysis for both development projects/wells to estimate  recovery factor and reservoir performance prediction.

* Optimizing the oilfield development plan and well placement. 

* Responsible for oil reservoir project management and coordinating with clients from help bidding project to deliver the final report. 

QUALIFICATION: 

* 2012 University Graduate 

* Bachelor or Master in reservoir engineering. 

* Familiar with the whole process of reservoir engineering project like reservoir geo-modeling, classical reservoir engineering analysis, numerical simulation and history matching. 

* Be good at reservoir simulation by using commercial software (such as Eclipse/VIP/CMG etc.) - model construction, history matching and forecasting for conventional and unconventional reservoirs. 

* Ability to integrate reservoir (PVT, SCAL, pressure), production, and geologic data to develop a dynamic reservoir description in producing fields, preferably hydraulic fracture or waterflood developments. 

* Experienced in integrated dynamic reservoir analysis, material balance, decline curve, pressure transient, and PVT analysis. 

* Good spoken and written English, strong communication skills.

4、Petrophysicist/Well Log Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Beijing 

* Well log data/ core data processing, digitization and loading to database. 

* Log curve splicing, editing, depth shifting and normalization. 

* Responsible for core data analysis and processing. 

* Single well interpretation and drawing interpretation chart. 

QUALIFICATION: 

* 2012 University Graduate 

* Well log Bachelor and above, 1+years industry on site log interpretation experience or research experience. 

* Skilled in operating Neuralog, Forward, etc. software tools. 

* Familiar with various log curves from different log tool series. 

* Know vintage tool such as normal and lateral resistivity series.

* Know conventional core analysis items and SCAL, such as core porosity,permeability, capillary analysis, rock resistivity and relative permeability, etc. 

* Basically know the Field development/production work flow. 

* Good spoken and written English will be preferred.

5、Geophysicist

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Location: Beijing 

* Responsible for the whole process of Geophysical project including seismic processing and interpretation, T-D conversion, seismic attributes investigation,seismic inversion, and etc. 

* Responsible to integrate geologic, sedimentary, geophysical and petrophysical data to help constructing geological model, reserve analysis, and infill drilling locations determination. 

* Responsible for oil geophysical project management and coordinating with clients from help bidding project to deliver the final report. 

QUALIFICATION: 

* 2012 University Graduate 

*Bachelor and above in geophysics and with 1+ years industry research Experience is preferred. 

* Be good at Geophysics by using commercial software. 

* Overseas studying experience in geophysics projects or integrated projects is highly preferred.

6、Geologist

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Beijing 

* Planning and evaluation of appraisal and development wells. 

* Determining development well locations. 

* Explaining the performance of existing wells by understanding the reservoir quality and lateral continuity of producing horizons. 

* Determining the volume of hydrocarbons-in-place and the uncertainties associated with this value. 

* Determining reservoir structure, faulting, and variations in properties in inter-well areas. 

* Applying appropriate stochastic techniques for distributing petrophysical 

  parameters including facies types, porosity, and permeability. 

* Working with reservoir, drilling engineer, geophysicist, and petro physicist to improve reservoir performance. 

* Applying commercial software for field development plan, such as Petrel,Discovery, OpenWorks, IESX, Petrosys, GeoGraphix. 

QUALIFICATION: 

* 2012 University Graduate 

* University degree or equivalent education in geologist, 1 years research 

  experience is preferred. 

* Good spoken and written English, excellent communication skill. 

* Capable of using software, such as Petrel, Discovery, OpenWorks, IESX, Petrosys. 

* Practical experience in Uncertainty Analysis, Geostatistics and Value of information assessment. 

* Theoretical understanding of uncertainty and risk management. 

* Understand the likely geometry, lateral continuity and reservoir quality of sandbodies in the reservoir. 

* Understand the techniques and workflows used to build models, and how the results are used by reservoir engineers.

* Overseas studying experience in geophysical projects or integrated projects ishighly preferred.
