LSI China 2012 Intern Program

Purpose

• Pro-actively build our talent pipeline with qualified entry level employees, in order to increase competitiveness and aggressive growth in China.
• Provide students experience beyond the classroom where they will have the chance to be involved with and contribute to real-world projects.
• Win/Win/Win situation for company, Universities and Students.

Hiring Target

Hire students during their 2nd year of postgraduate or 4th year of Bachelor for 6 months of internship assignment. Manage and engage interns so they become a qualified future employee of LSI. Exemplary performers will be converted to regular employees for our 2013 NCG Hiring program.
