Job Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated talent to join the energetic teams to share our enjoyment of developing Lotus Domino, and deliver world-class products to world-wide customers.
The Lotus Domino Developers will help to develop Lotus Domino product and work with IBM world wide development, test, service and support teams.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
-Familiar with software engineering and software development & testing process
-Familiar with Agile development
-Rich experience in OO design and implementation
-Rich experience in C/C
-Experience in Java/JavaScript/Web is a plus
-Experience in unit test and related tools
-Familiar with Lotus Domino/Notes is a plus
-Familiar with kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, iSeries, Mac
-Self-motivated
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Quick learner and fast paced flexible Agile environment
-Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability
-Good communication & team work skills
-Good Chinese & English communication in writing, listening and speaking

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
Master degree or above in Computer Science & Technology or equivalent

职位二：Lotus Domino Tester

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated talent to join the energetic teams to share our enjoyment of developing Lotus Domino, and deliver world-class products to world-wide customers.
The Lotus Domino Tester will work as test & automation engineer for Lotus Domino components and work with world wide IBM development, test, service and support teams. The responsibilities include:
- Develop test plans & test cases
- Execute test scenarios
- Drive automation design and development
- Write automation in JUnit, Rational Functional Tester, etc
- Conduct/Participate in peer automation code reviews
- Track automation execution and reporting
- Investigate and report feature issues in problem reports
- Collaborate with feature development teams
- Promptly report status and issues
- Suggest on process improvements

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
-Familiar with software engineering and software development & testing process
-Familiar with Agile development
-Experience in developing high quality test strategy, test plans and test cases as well as execution and tracking
-Experience in test automation or strong Java programming skill
-Experience in XML, STAF/STAX and scripting language
-Experience in test automation tools such as Rational Functional Tester, JUNIT, etc
-Familiar with Lotus Domino/Notes is a plus
-Familiar with kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, iSeries, Mac
-Familiar with kinds of browsers, include IE/FireFox/Safari, etc.
-Self-motivated
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Quick learner and fast paced flexible Agile environment
-Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability
-Good communication & team work skills
-Good Chinese & English communication in writing, listening and speaking

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
