Purpose: ¨ Provide administrative support to the whole team in A&G LO Key Responsibilities: ¨ Provide secretarial support to the department heads; § Routine work, eg: typing, sending & receiving fax, expense report, etc § Trip arrangement § Car arrangement § Other administrative affair ¨ Provide administrative support to the whole team in A&G LO ¨ adiComp report follow-up ¨ Color Reference Book Order ¨ Group meeting arrangement ¨ Office activity arrangement ¨ Communicate w/ suppliers & other division Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: ¨ College degree of related major; ¨ Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; ¨ 2 years related working experience; ¨ Good command of PC skills(MS Office, Powerpoint, Internet) |
