A Career in Carlsberg

Carlsberg is launching its Management Trainee Program in China in 2012. We are looking for highly talented freshman within less than two years working experience to join a two-year trainee program.

During the two-year traineeship you will have opportunity to be stationed in our operations in China, which could be in Huizhou, Yunnan, Xinjiang and Ningxia.

What it takes to be

·          You are with a bachelor degree, major in Brewing, fermentation Engineering, Logistics, Bioengineering, Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Planning, Financial Analysis related is preferred but not a must

·          You have a working experience LESS than two years

·          Your English both spoken and written are good command, on CET-6 or above.

·          You are highly mobile and willing to travel and relocate in order to work in various cities within the PRC

·          You will be evaluated on splendid problem-solving skills and a high degree of flexibility

·          You are a strong team player, who will enjoy working amongst our different breweries together with many different people

·          You possess excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work under pressure

If you love beer, it is definitely an advantage!

The incumbent will locate in a certain city (mentioned above) in the first year, relocate to other city or have frequently travel if needed after that.
