德百祺团队在智能手机的软硬件设计、开发方面具有深厚的理论基础和成功经验。核心的硬件研发团队主要来自加拿大黑莓手机制造商RIM公司早期的创业团队，软件团队主要来自清华大学等国内一流高校，目前已在加拿大滑铁卢、北京、珠海设立分部。

DBJ Technologies (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd. is a joint venture company focusing on mobile communication software/hardware platforms and mobile internet services.
The DBJ people have accumulated profound theoretical understanding and long-term practical experiences on smartphone software/hardware design and development. Its core hardware team is mainly formed by the founding members of Research In Motion (RIM) Ltd., the manufacturer of BlackBerry devices. Its software team features graduates from top Chinese universities such as Tsinghua University. DBJ has already established departments in Beijing, Zhuhai, and Waterloo, Canada.
